Anastasia, lead translator and editor, has a degree in translation from the Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting of the Ionian University in Greece, a Masters of Science in English Language from the University of Edinburgh and has undergone further training in English copy-editing and proofreading from Publishing Scotland. She worked as a translator in the aviation sector for several years and later branched out into armed forces and defence translation. She then went on to work in education editing academic publications and student work and tutoring students in English. She is experienced in corporate correspondence, report and minute writing and has worked as a researcher for strategies and reports. More recently she has added marketing, religious and medical translations to her repertoire. She keeps her skills sharp with formal and informal continuous professional development.

Andy heads 3od’s web services and has been creating websites for over a decade. He has also worked in the corporate simulation circuit for several years, where he has built an excellent reputation.
